Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and prepare architectural plans for buildings and various projects with high accuracy using the latest programs and technologies.
  • Review architectural plans to ensure compliance with architectural and structural standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with other engineers at different project stages to provide innovative engineering solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Monitor project implementation on-site to ensure adherence to approved plans and designs.
  • Provide engineering consultations to clients and respond to their inquiries related to design and construction.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of design and execution standards within the company.
  • Create complete execution plans and coordinate with all departments (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.).

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in architectural planning.
  • Proficiency in using engineering design programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
  • Excellent skills in using Plan Swift.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to accuracy, quality, and attention to work details.
