Strategy Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization's strategic plans and goals.

Performance Measurement:
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
Collect and analyze data from various sources to track performance against established metrics.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Data Analysis:
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, data mining) to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform strategic decision-making.
Develop predictive models to forecast future performance and identify potential risks.

Reporting and Communication:
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
Present findings to executive leadership and other stakeholders in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the strategic planning and execution process.
Recommend changes to strategies based on performance analysis and emerging trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
