Job Description

  • Strategy Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization's strategic plans and goals.
  • Assess the alignment of strategies with the overall business objectives and industry trends.
  • Identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or redundancies in strategic planning.


  • Performance Measurement:
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to track performance against established metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.





  • Data Analysis:
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, data mining) to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future performance and identify potential risks.



  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
  • Present findings to executive leadership and other stakeholders in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.


  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the strategic planning and execution process.
  • Recommend changes to strategies based on performance analysis and emerging trends.


Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
