Job Description

Key responsibilities include:


● Corporate strategy: Partner with senior leaders to develop, align, and drive company-level strategies (e.g., growth strategy, product strategy, portfolio strategy) and function-level strategies (e.g., marketing, commercialization, asset management)


● M&A and partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and make recommendations on strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities; support negotiations with counterparts


● Business planning: Translate strategic vision into concrete targets and detailed operational plans that drive alignment, accountability, and financial results


● Performance management: Orchestrate a high-intensity reporting cadence, including periodic business reviews and high-priority deep-dives on critical topics


● Operational excellence: Identify, prioritize, analyze, and recommend opportunities to improve company operations; strengthen fact-based decision-making in critical business function with novel analyses and insights


Experience, skills, and qualifications


Success in this role will require a combination of strong problem-solving, powerful influencing, effective cross-functional leadership, and robust knowledge of the real estate industry.


● 3-6 years of experience in a top management consultancy firm, preferably with experience in the Real Estate or Retail industries


● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another relevant field; MBA or other graduate degree preferred


● Fluent or native English; fluency in Arabic a plus


● Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think critically and creatively


● Proven track record of success in developing and implementing high-impact strategies


● Experience crafting analysis to support executive decisions, e.g. financial analysis, scenario planning, modeling, and experiments


● Strong communication skills, demonstrating poise, gravitas and maturity


● Structured storytelling ability; can create and deliver crisp, compelling, polished presentations to senior audiences


● Experience in conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence


● Clear sense of ownership and accountability, combined with an impeccable attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution
