We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping Mozn strategic direction by analyzing internal performance, market trends, and competitor activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. You will conduct thorough research, prepare detailed business cases, and work closely with senior leadership to formulate actionable recommendations that drive long-term business success. Additionally, this role involves managing cross-functional projects to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively across departments.


As a Strategy Manager, your daily workload might include:


  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to assess the feasibility of strategic initiatives.
  • Support long-term financial planning and capital raising activities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential merger and acquisition opportunities, conduct due diligence, and negotiate partnership terms to drive strategic growth and value creation.
  • Effectively communicate strategic plans and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and industry experts.
