Develop and implement comprehensive business and growth strategies to meet company goals and support long-term success.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential threats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic initiatives that align with overall business objectives.Monitor progress toward strategic goals, making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and timeliness.Lead the development and execution of mergers and acquisitions strategies, identify potential targets, and manage the integration process.Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.Oversee the annual strategic planning process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.Continuously assess the company's competitive position, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actions to enhance market share and profitability.Provide strategic guidance and support to other departments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making.






Profile

Strategy Director - Leading AI Software Company - Riyadh
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development or related role, preferably in a leading consultancy Proven experience in developing and implementing successful business and growth strategies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations based on good judgement Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information effectively to many different audiences. Strong communication and relationship skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Demonstrate a commitment to staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, with a strong strategy understand the competitive landscape.
