Job Description

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will oversee and manage tactical and strategic projects, ensuring their effective execution through thorough planning, tracking, and risk analysis. The role involves building and motivating a high-performing project team, coordinating internal and external resources to meet project scope, schedule, and budget requirements. It also includes regular analysis and adjustments to project plans, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple business lines.



  • Provide leadership for the project(s) team(s) to meet goals and achieve milestones.



  • Oversee full project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, for multiple projects simultaneously.



  • Establish practices, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance project capabilities.



  • Deliver executive-level communication and status reporting on project milestones.



  • Oversee budget control for projects, including financial reporting and variance analysis.



  • Develop resource plans and optimize resource allocation.



  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.



  • Define and track KPIs to measure project success and team performance.



  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.



  • Ensures archiving, documentation and audit readiness in a sustainable approved platform



  • Applies technology when and where possible using advanced tools, software and applications that can enhance projects

Basic Qualifications:




We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:



  • University Degree, MBA is preferred



  • Minimum of one year in project management is preferred (Asfull time project manager or part of current job)



  • Effective leadership and communication skills with minimal supervision.



  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrating teamwork and innovation.



  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build mutual trust and respect among team members.



  • Ability to drive results, work independently, and handle ambiguity in a cross-functional environment.



  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.



  • Influential and adaptable team player, comfortable under pressure and deadline driven.



  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with regulations, laws, codes, and SOPs.



  • Able to drive projects using classic project management and/or Agile/Scrum methodologies and exceptional analytical skills is preferred.



  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.



  • Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, Commercial, finance, or life sciences is a plus.



  • Knowledge and experience in Saudi Market dynamics and regulations is a plus.
