Job Purpose
We are actively seeking a seasoned and self-driven Financial Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional grasp of financial principles, adeptness in analyzing intricate and extensive datasets, and a demonstrated history of delivering valuable financial insights. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential financial support to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services Service Line in analyzing operating statements and financial positioning, forecast business performance and earnings, and assimilate this information into business advice and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing diverse financial data, encompassing company financials, market trends, and economic indicators with a keen eye for insights.
- Crafting and executing intricate financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
- Identifying and assessing potential investment avenues to maximize returns.
- Generating comprehensive financial reports and dynamic presentations.
- Overseeing budgets meticulously and maintaining precise expense tracking records.
- Collaborating seamlessly with various entities across the Service Line to address financial concerns and foster cross-functional solutions.
- Offering invaluable financial advice and guidance to internal stakeholders based on astute analyses and projections.
- Remaining abreast of pertinent financial regulations and emerging trends to ensure proactive compliance and informed decision-making.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: in this role, you will be actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), where you’ll assist in identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and evaluating the strategic fit of acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial statements, assessing market trends, and providing advice. Working closely with the EVP and Service Line’s senior leadership, you’ll help streamline the integration of new companies, ensuring that M&A transactions align with Aramco’s long-term strategic goals.
- Providing Support to Affiliates, helping them navigate operational, financial, and strategic challenges. This includes coordinating resources, assisting with business development initiatives, and ensuring that affiliates are enabled to thrive. You’ll also work to maintain strong relationships with affiliate teams, offering financial guidance and support as needed. By acting as a key liaison, you will help foster collaboration and drive mutual success, ensuring that affiliate operations align with the broader Aramco objectives.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- A solid track record of 15+ years in a financial capacity including providing financial review and support for new startups/organizations.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial modeling software such as Excel and Bloomberg to create intricate financial models.
- Demonstrated prowess in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail complemented by a proven capacity to work autonomously while maintaining high-quality standards.
