Description
Ensure effective cascading of the departmental strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the department by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff to maximise performance.Manage the preparation and recommend the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.Design, manage and ensure effective implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the company's and departmental requirements, policies and quality standards.Spearhead the development of a compelling project vision and concept, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.Collaborate with relevant department heads to determine business needs, conduct market research activities, and identify potential business development opportunities accordingly.Prepare meticulous business plans that encompass development strategies, phasing approaches, operator strategies, and sales and marketing tactics to streamline and coordinate project execution and enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.Lead the preparation and compilation of data and analyses for identified opportunities, including market assessment, surveys, and financial feasibility.


Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent from a recognised and accredited University.Excelled verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.15 years of experience in business management with a fast-paced development organisation.Proven leadership experience, comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organisations in KSA.
