Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Daily Delivery Planning and Coordination:


  • Prepare daily delivery truck route plans and share them with transport companies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to the warehouse for daily loading.
  • Monitor the departure of vehicles from the warehouse daily.
  • Track and update the delivery route in SAP as required.
  • Monitor daily deliveries, delays, and other issues, and prepare analysis reports.
  • Notify the sales team about delivery delays and issues.
Quality Control and Monitoring
  • Periodically attend and check trucks during warehouse loading.
  • Periodically visit customer locations to monitor the offloading process.
  • Participate in meetings with transport company employees and drivers to discuss and address emerging issues related to daily deliveries.
  • Guide drivers and helpers with delivery instructions periodically.
Invoice and Documentation Management
  • Collect all delivery invoices from drivers, check them, and submit them to the MHP office.
  • Notify and collect monthly invoices from non-contract transport companies.
Warehouse Operations and Stock Management
  • Oversee the complete loading of products from the warehouse following daily orders.
  • Monitor after-sale goods returns and confirm collection.
  • Check the Goods Receipt Voucher (GRV) from the warehouse and manage the return of stock as per the quality of returned goods.
  • Monitor damaged stock (inbound), repack, and take back stock for sales.
  • Follow up on GRVs with the warehouse.
Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the logistics manager to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Collect invoices from the transporter, sort them, and provide them to the logistics operator for checking and filing.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination between the warehouses, transport companies, and sales team for efficient operations.
Route Optimization
  • Optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze route performance and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data.

Minimum qualifications: BA -BS preferably Logistics


Experiences: Experience +3 years in the field


OthersKnowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP software
