Job Description

  • As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service.
  • Leading and motivating a team of employees, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve or surpass sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service, will be one of your primary responsibilities.
  • It will be incumbent upon you to create and enforce efficient store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and smoothly functioning retail space.
  • A significant part of your role will involve leading and inspiring your team, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • You'll be responsible for crafting and implementing store policies and procedures that foster a safe and efficient retail atmosphere.
  • Establishing and implementing store policies and procedures to maintain safety and organization will be a key part of your role as a Store Manager.

The development still continues with “Alshiaka” where the thought to meet the special needs of official occasions, seasons and events by introducing the brand (Zakhrafat) that provided Thobes with embroidery and oriental themes; inspired by our Arabic culture.
