· Monitors and maintains stock level requirements of assigned stock materials by conducting physical check against stock level balance in system data.
· Prepares purchase requisition (PRF) based on stock level requirement provided by end users and forward same to Procurement Department.
· Accomplishes and generates from system MRN for items delivered/received in store based on pertinent documents and materials received.
· Up-dates material issuance and generates from system the MIN for items being issued, based on MRF received/gathered during issues.
· Coordinates with concerned departments/end users concerning stock and re-order level requirements, consumption status, etc.
Conducts from time-to-time physical checking of maintained materials and participates in the regular inventory with concerned departments as required by the company.
