3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
Interactions with State-owned Enterprises
· To support the communication with State-owned Enterprises to make sure that the Local Content requirements are fulfilled as per the governing regulations and agreements.
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
§ To support the Local Content requirements reporting process to make sure that compliance and status reports covers all required information and reported on frequent intervals for State-owned Enterprises Procurements
§ To support the process of r eviewing the Local Content compliance reports and take the necessary actions to ensure that procurement activities comply with the Local Content regulations for State-owned Enterprises Procurements
§ When requested by SOEs, support the reviewing of RFPs drafts and other tender documents to ensure that Local Content requirements are followed for State-owned Enterprises Procurements
§ To support the activities related to compliance assurance of the State-owned Enterprises Procurements with regard to Local Content requirements as per the governing laws and regulations
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ To support the preparation timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
