Job Description

  1. Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  2. Emergency and Critical Care: Respond to medical emergencies, perform triage, and provide immediate care in critical situations, including resuscitation, wound management, and stabilization of patients.
  3. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  4. Monitor and Assess Patient Conditions: Regularly evaluate patient progress, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
  5. Educate Patients and Families: Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families, offering guidance on post-treatment care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
  6. Maintain Compliance and Safety: Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Valid Nursing License from the country of origin.
  • Saudi Council License (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Relevant training certificates related to the field of practice.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (as per department requirements).
