Amazon, one of the world's leaders in e-commerce, is expanding its Retail business and looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Program Manager to join the Mass Vendor Relations team and support the Vendor Success Program to enable new partnerships with vendors and integrate their product portfolios into Amazon websites.

Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment you will have full responsibility for achieving business objectives. You will need to engage in projects that will drive business growth and help shape the future of Amazon Retail in MENA. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving your goals.
Key job responsibilities
As Sr. Program manager in MVR your responsibility will include:
· Delivering critical business initiatives for our existing small and medium vendor base - selection expansion, availability, vendor operational performance, marketing and promotions etc.
· Managing all aspects of such initiatives in association with our remote operations team (e.g. workstream planning, requirements definition, key metrics definition, risk management, and communication).
· Identifying opportunities for Vendors to grow their business, engaging with teams to set up the right processes as well as owning the business performance.
· Analyzing and diving deep on our business performance, identifying possible changes and presenting insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
· Engaging with Retail teams to share learnings and agree actions on joint complicated problems
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He/she is able to:
· Think and act strategically and tactically delivering measurable results
· Take initiative and autonomously propose and implement new projects and ideas
· Solve ambiguous problems using structured thinking and data driven approach
· Effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
- 5+ years of with Excel experience
- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
