An exciting opportunity is available for an Sr Supervisor, RNP Sales Account, based in Riyadh.


 Summary:


Has good product and market knowledge that focuses on team sales targets and new business development in their area of responsibility. Responsible for overseeing team performance.


 In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Provide input to the development of Sales Processes and Procedures.
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team and monitors against KPIs.
  • Oversee the quality of documentation produced by the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with approved Company Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Ensure the sales function has the required skills to meet departmental objectives and customer need at all times.
  • Train, coaches, develops, and motivates sales representatives on various aspects of sales, products, setting quotas etc.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same field.


Knowledge & Skills Required:


  • Interpersonal Effectiveness. 
  • Industry, Market, and Product Knowledge.
  • Negotiating.
  • Sales Function.
  • Customer Knowledge. 
  • Relationship Management.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
