We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Specialist, Partner Performance, to manage special projects and performance tracking for our Partner Operations team. The ideal candidate will focus on vendor quality programs, performance management, and the analysis of key metrics such as delivery times and trigger compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead special projects, including preparation and coordination of vendor quality programs and performance management initiatives for the live operations team.
- Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, "marked as ready" statuses) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with trigger rules and operational standards, providing actionable insights for improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track progress and provide reports to senior leadership.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and partner satisfaction.
