Job Description

Role Summary:


Supporting in planning, executing, and supervising marketing campaigns and strategies. overseeing marketing team members, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals.


Functional Accountability:


  • Supervise and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Work closely with the creative team and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, collateral, and digital content and Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Vendor and agency management, including contract negotiations and performance evaluation.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key performance metrics and trends.
  • Market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordination of events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • +5 years of experience
