Job Description

Lavndry is a forward-thinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovation and growth. As Sr.Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales operations across all regions in Saudi Arabia, driving revenue growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing processes, implementing systems, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

  1. Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  3. Set sales targets and design incentive programs to drive team performance.
  4. Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.
  5. Implement and manage a CRM system to streamline sales processes and monitor performance.
  6. Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and improved conversion rates.
  7. Conduct training, mentorship, and performance reviews for the sales team.
  8. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  10. Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  11. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales management within the sector.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  5. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  7. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  8. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  11. Strong understanding of the Saudi market; knowledge of the laundry industry is an advantage.
