Job Description

The Sr. Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the Company. This position is tailored for individuals with a minimum of five years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, enabling them to develop effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support Lavndry’s growth objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  4. Present and promote Lavndry’s services to potential clients, showcasing the company’s unique value propositions.
  5. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to drive team performance.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for competitive advantage.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments to senior management.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  5. Experience in the hospitality or personal services sector is highly desirable.
  6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  8. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  9. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  10. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
