Job Description

Quality Control Management: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to wet finish applications, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of wet finish work, assessing the quality of materials and workmanship to verify adherence to specifications and safety regulations.

Testing and Evaluation: Coordinate and oversee testing of wet finish materials (e.g., paints, adhesives, coatings) to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance criteria.

Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformance issues related to wet finish applications, collaborating with project teams to implement corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities, ensuring documentation is organized and accessible for audits and reviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to communicate quality expectations and resolve any quality-related concerns specific to wet finish work.

Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior QC engineers and site personnel on wet finish quality control practices and procedures.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quality control reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
