Job Description

Quality Control Management: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to low current systems (e.g., security systems, fire alarm systems, data and communication networks), ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of low current installations to verify adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Testing and Verification: Oversee and coordinate the testing of low current systems, ensuring that all testing is performed according to established protocols and that results meet quality criteria.

Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and manage any non-conformance issues related to low current systems, working closely with engineering and construction teams to implement corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities, ensuring documentation is organized and readily accessible for audits and reviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and contractors to communicate quality expectations and address any quality-related concerns specific to low current systems.

Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior QC engineers and site personnel on low current quality control practices and procedures.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quality control reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
