Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:


We are seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to support Account Managers and customers in all technical pre-sales and sales calls matters.


Your mission: provide expertise, build relationships, and ensure seamless transitions. Passion for technology and excellent communication skills required. for the purpose of promoting and selling products/solutions for potential customers and existing customers.


Responsibilities


  • Providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.‎
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to create tailored proposals and technical ‎presentations.‎
  • Designing custom solutions based on customer requirements.‎
  • Managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase product effectiveness.‎
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.‎
  • Conducting competitive analysis to highlight our unique selling points.‎
  • Representing the company at industry events and webinars.‎
  • Assisting with post-sales support and customer success.‎
  • Providing feedback to improve products and strategies.‎
  • Staying updated on network and security advancements through continuous learning.‎
  • Be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer or educate the customer about Product features, Specifications, and functionalities.
  • Preparing & Providing Presentations or Trainings about Products for Customers.
  • Responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs from Technical point of view and drive POCs to meet the customer’s success criteria.
  • To prepare Technical or/and financial proposals for biding purposes.
  • To provide High Level Design, Scope of Work, or Bill of material for different products.
  • Engage with customer to develop trusted technology advisor relationship.
  • Suppliers & Vendors Management and Communications.
  • Preparing & Delivering Products Enablement Sessions to Sales Team.
  • Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
  • To provide reports, updates, & info about daily operation to direct Manager.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
