Sr. Marketing Associate - Project Management

The Senior Associate Project Management in the marketing team is responsible for coordinating and facilitating marketing campaigns from market-facing teams, ensuring smooth progress and timely updates. This role involves managing the flow of work between content, creative, martech, and channel management teams, while keeping the respective stakeholders informed.

Project and Campaign Coordination: Ensure that all projects and campaigns from demand generation, product marketing, and brand marketing teams are effectively managed and delivered between the necessary teams.

Project Facilitation: Oversee the movement of project and campaign tasks across the content, creative, martech, and channel management teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project timelines.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update market-facing teams on the progress of campaigns, ensuring transparency and timely communication of any issues or changes.

Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards before they are passed back to the market-facing teams for final review.

Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines to ensure that all campaigns are completed within the set deadlines, addressing any potential delays proactively.
Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: 2-4 years in project management within a marketing or creative environment, preferably within a B2B context.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage various stakeholders.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
+ Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus but not required.
+ Proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
+ The job holder is to perform their duties in the office as it requires communication with employees at all levels.
+ The job holder may have to perform some duties outside the office such as visiting training institution or a place to conduct the training, etc.
