Sr. Manager, Tax Policy

Master in Tax Law or Economics, or equivalent degree in an area of study relevant to the role; Professional qualification such as Tax Practitioner's Certificate, CPA, Law or ACCA 20+ years of Tax Policy experience in major countries and global fiscal/tax regulatory developments In-depth experience in international taxation in OECD, EU, UN or similar international organisation or national administration or a leading multinational company experience preferred. In-depth understanding of the international tax policy environment Strong understanding of the decision-making process at the EU, OECD and UN as well as legislative and regulatory making processes in key markets and the global geopolitical environment Experience in leading / managing growth, M&A and strategic / complex projects Demonstrated ability to deliver business-relevant tax policy analysis and recommendations. Navigate complex, high-impact issues and situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Written and spoken fluency in English.
