Job Description

  • Receive a Job request from the Design Manager, review details and accordingly sets a time frame for execution, and dispatch the tasks within the team: Junior Interior designer, AutoCAD operator.
  • Plan the execution of all projects & helps by performing drawings (2D, 3D), furniture layouts & project presentations.
  • Follow up with Interior designers to ensure work deliverables are met, and are correctly executed. Register all remarks and notes given in Design department’s guidelines file.
  • Assist the Sales supervisors before ordering custom-made items, and approving their technical & design feasibility while coordinating with Design manager for final approval.
  • Assist Sales supervisors, Showroom Managers or Sales Manager while performing presentations to customers and keep a close coordination with Design Manager.
  • Assist in selecting and preparing Mood boards for Materials & Samples combinations for the big projects; to be late approved and signed by client and his interior designer.
  • Design drawing of loose furniture, fixed furniture & decoration items.
  • Review and communicate regularly with technical department supervisor to finalize technical drawings as per initial design drawings approved by client, until receiving the final version and presenting it to Design manager for approval, so that the production can be initiated.
  • Assist Design manager in execution of drawings related to new collection items.
  • Random site visits in case of big projects, and meeting with project interior designer.
  •  Perform any Department related Job request delegated by Design Manager

Skills

5-7 years of experience in Interior Design

 Bachelor’s degree in Interior design.
