Job Description

Quality Control Oversight: Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

Site Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to verify adherence to quality standards.

Testing and Evaluation: Coordinate and supervise the testing of materials and structural components, ensuring that testing is conducted according to established protocols and standards.

Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformance issues, working collaboratively with project teams to implement corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible for audits.

Collaboration: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to communicate quality expectations, address concerns, and promote a culture of quality.

Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior QC staff and site personnel on quality control practices, procedures, and safety standards.

Reporting: Prepare detailed quality control reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
