Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with Lavndry’s business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Enhance customer retention by analyzing user behavior and implementing targeted engagement strategies.
- Optimize the customer journey by identifying and addressing pain points in the sales and service funnels.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities across all regions in Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align efforts and maximize results.
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI-driven campaign execution.
- Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to expand Lavndry’s market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on achieving growth objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting professional development.

- Proven experience in growth management or business development.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer segmentation, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic.
