Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is currently seeking a Sr. Specialist Collections for a leading company in the industry. As a Sr. Specialist Collections, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's collections activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding invoices and debts.
In this role, you will analyze customer accounts, develop collection strategies, and implement actions to recover outstanding payments. You will also maintain accurate records of collections activities, communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in collections, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collection targets.
