Sr. BIM SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of BIM processes on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to develop and maintain accurate 3D models and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Train and mentor junior BIM staff, promoting best practices in modeling and coordination.
• Coordinate with various disciplines to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration of design and construction efforts.
• Prepare and present BIM-related reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies, evaluating their potential application to enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute to quality assurance and quality control processes related to BIM deliverables.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and resource allocation plans related to BIM activities.
  

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in construction management and BIM implementation, with a focus on site supervision.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Relevant certifications in BIM (e.g., Certified BIM Manager, BIM Coordination) are a plus.
