Job Summary:


 The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Supply Chain Development Sr. Analyst is a pivotal role providing in-country support for supply chain commodity development initiatives. Through thorough analysis of the operating portfolio, this position will enable tangible results for the business through commodity-oriented demand aggregation, development of effective and collaborative supplier relationships, and management of opportunity communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst will provide tactical support for strategic agreements, coordinate all supplier engagements within Saudi Arabia, and maintain the KSA portion of our supplier database.


Responsibilities to Anticipate:


  • Analytical Leadership: Provide detailed and accurate analytical support for supplier and commodity development initiatives, converting program requirements and commodity strategies into marketable procurement packages for the Saudi Arabian industrial base.
  • Supplier Engagement: Support supplier engagements prior to production purchase order placement, including due diligence, supplier registration, and assessment coordination.
  • Documentation: Broker compliant non-disclosure agreements and provide necessary inputs for the supplier due diligence process.
  • RESA Activities: Lead and participate in RESA activities to ensure suppliers meet Raytheon’s standards.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the KSA supplier database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Support: Work closely with the regional and domestic (CONUS) stakeholders, in alignment with global industrialization imperatives to support offset and localization strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements under the CORE methods & tools framework to enhance supplier performance and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, supplier development, or operations management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within KSA and occasionally to other locations as needed.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications We Value:


  • Relevant Supply Chain management certification
  • Experience within the defense or aerospace contracting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures.
