Job Description

The Sponsorship Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue through the acquisition and management of sponsorship opportunities. This position is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in marketing and sponsorship sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, developing tailored proposals, and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the company's growth. The role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complex landscape of sponsorship deals while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential sponsors aligned with company goals.
  2. Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals to prospective clients.
  3. Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  4. Manage relationships with existing sponsors to ensure ongoing engagement and renewal of contracts.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create value-added sponsorship packages.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  8. Attend industry events and networking functions to build connections and promote sponsorship opportunities.
  9. Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices in sponsorship sales.
  10. Continuously seek feedback from sponsors to improve service delivery and sponsorship offerings.
