Minimum 3 + year of Technical Specification experience in the Building Material Industry/HVAC Solution Industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on creating opportunities at an early stage in order to secure product specifications which will reduce the effect of competitive bids when contracts go to tender
Track key project progress from concept to execution stage and pass to sales team at appropriate time
Provide input for new products development or product enhancement, and to assist in new product launch
Meeting clients, consultants, developers in the UAE to specify HVAC materials in the vendor list and generating new business development opportunities to meet annual sales target.
Generate Specifications for MEP Consultants for their HVAC requirements
Developing strategies with HVAC Team to increase our Market Share over our competitors
Working with International Certification bodies on the standards needed within the industry to align with the products
Present training and CPDs to the MEP Consultants and Architects
Arrange and host industry seminars to highlight innovative solutions
Project specific meetings to answer any queries or questions the Engineers might have.
Market analysis of Competitors and developing new product ideas
Liaising with other Divisions on HVAC Strategy
Promote the companys products and services technically and commercially, obtain enquiries and ensure they are quoted as required
Prepare and submit proposals and quotations using such computer based programme and technical support as may be necessary
Obtain technical and price approval at the appropriate level before submitting quotations and proposals
Effectively manage change and transform the team culture with agility to help and assist customers showing empathy, understanding and resolution to customers requirements
