Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all levels, utilizing agencies, internal and external job postings, social media ads, etc., and maintaining proper records/documentation for tracking and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop customized hiring strategies for each role.
- Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent through various niche sites and channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Prepare job descriptions and manage postings on the SAFE career website and other relevant job posting websites.
- Organize and actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events to connect with potential candidates and promote the organization.
- Focus on improving the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and promote company policies and procedures related to the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in various rules.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
