Job Description

Role Summary:


Responsible for Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all levels, utilizing agencies, internal and external job postings, social media ads, etc., and maintaining proper records/documentation for tracking and reporting.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop customized hiring strategies for each role.
  • Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent through various niche sites and channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Prepare job descriptions and manage postings on the SAFE career website and other relevant job posting websites.
  • Organize and actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events to connect with potential candidates and promote the organization.
  • Focus on improving the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures related to the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in various rules.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
