An exciting opportunity is available for an Specialist, CTS Projects Engineering, based in Riyadh.


 Summary:


Responsible in the overall management of projects activities in line with the organization, relevant legal bodies and relevant recognition / association / accreditation body requirements. Provides leadership and commitment in improving team performance and overall coordination of operations within the company. 


In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Monitor project and (its sub projects) such as cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization are controlled and achieved.
  • Responsible for hiring and firing project team.
  • Liaison with internal support functions for needed support for the execution of project phases.
  • Support finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
  • Ensure Track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the projects adhere to the agreed budget.
  • Monitor all projects and reporting project status to Senior Management and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for efficient utilization of internal resources and cost reduction.
  • Develop new projects and business in alignment to company strategic plan.
  • Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
  • Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.
  • Define and embed project control and governance.
  • Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting.
  • Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio
  • Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or Business Administration.


PMP certificates (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field.
