An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist I Employee Care & Relations
Reports to, Section Head, Employee Care & Relations located in Riyadh.
Job purpose:
Responsible to maintain transactions in ‘ER’ area to ensure HR processes are carried out in compliance with company policies, processes, procedures and internal controls and international standards..
Role responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new Human Resources Systems, processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet the changing requirements of internal clients.
- Prepare, reconcile and process monthly ER related reports for TASNEE management, ensuring timely completion of error free job.
- Participate in specific projects, allocated by superiors, within set terms of reference and defined processes, in order to support the achievement of desired objectives within agreed quality and time requirements.
- Undertake information gathering, research and analysis of data, as directed, to provide relevant feedback.
- Respond to basic day-to-day employee requests for information or advice to help support the meeting of HR requirements within defined departments.
- Ensure that Employee Relations policies and procedures are properly administered and delivered in a fair and consistent manner.
- Manage Employee Relations related data, in coordination with human resource, for timely transfer of correct information to the section head.
- Act as an administrator for the Performance evaluation program, answer queries and update employee information in the system.
- Attend human resource related seminars and conferences and read industry journals and magazines to stay current on trends and legal requirements.
- Take care of issues related to long-term absence from job and other complaints from department managers or supervisors.
- Investigate, analyze and make appropriate recommendations regarding complex employee relation issues, exercise influence appropriately.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience with
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related filed.
