Job Purpose

Provide extensive HR support, managing recruitment, onboarding, policies, and records. Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting best workforce management practices for an inclusive work environment.




Key Accountability Areas

Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for job vacancies.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the recruitment process.

Employee Relations:


  • Address employee inquiries and concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.

HR Policies and Compliance:


  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR practices are aligned with legal and ethical standards.

Performance Management:


  • Support the performance appraisal process, including setting up performance goals and conducting reviews.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and track employee performance and recommend appropriate actions.

Employee Benefits and Compensation:


  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
  • Conduct salary research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Training and Development:


  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Manage the training calendar and track employee participation in learning programs.
  • Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.

HR Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management as needed.

Employee Offboarding:


  • Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and final documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve employee retention.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
