Key Accountabilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and presentations to showcase our real estate offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals align with branding and business objectives.
- Create and manage visual content that highlights property features and engages our audience effectively.
- Develop engaging infographics and other digital assets for online and offline use.
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into designs.
knowledge , Skills , Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of layout principles, typography, and branding concepts.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
