Specialist, Data Management III

• Establish and maintain effective ways of collecting, storing, organizing, visualizing, and maintaining operational data (at shift / daily basis) and other business performance data to ensure it is accurate, available, and accessible to support operational decision making and planning.

• Programming and administering the data hub system, data loads and integration (.NET Core, XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks), database (SQL, etc.) and other data applications as needed, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, troubleshoot and authorize the maintenance of data-related problems.
   
• Evaluate and manage the performance of data systems and seek ways to enhance them. Determine and manage limitations in data reliability, usability and ensure security from data loss, security breach, and hacking.
   
• Work with leadership teams and end users to develop customized dashboards (Power BI, etc.), report, data entry forms and workflows as needed.
   
• Provide training on Power BI and other tools to enhance the capability of the user community on Data Visualization
   
• Support end users in their day-to-day data duties and provide them with necessary training for the correct access and use of data. Create and maintain end-user documentation and training manuals.
   
• Provide the Value Driver Trees (ValQ software) of the Cost like Free Cash Flow, AISC, Cash Cost, Production related to Cash Cost, Production Model

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Mining Engineering, Processing, Metallurgy, Geology, Mechanical, Electrical or similar
   
• 3+ years relevant experience with database (SQL), data management and reporting (preferable Power BI)

Ma’aden High Performance Competencies:

• Relevant experience managing data models, databases, data mining, segmentation technics, IT data systems and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Proven experience in data science and design of computer code for improving data systems applications.
   
• Working knowledge of data security laws and protocols.
   
• Strong proficiency and interest in deep data analytics and use of artificial intelligence, machine learning or other intelligent technics to automate and analyze large amounts of data.
