Special Projects Director

A highly reputed government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Special Projects Director to join their Strategic Planning & Investments Deputyship.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives and timely delivery.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring that projects support broader strategic initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success while adhering to budget and timelines.

• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for special projects, ensuring continuous monitoring and reporting on project progress.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, challenges, and results.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and organisational standards, conducting reviews and audits as necessary.
