Job Description

  • Participating in menu tastings and presentations
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu tastings and presentations
  • Ensuring that all dishes are cooked and presented in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attending menu tastings and presentations to gain knowledge and understanding of the dishes and their preparation

Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Familiarity with local health codes and regulations related to food safety and sanitation.
  • Knowledge of proper storage, handling, and disposal of food products to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
  • A commitment to excellence in all aspects of food preparation, including taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
