As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a key role in working with our enterprise clients to understand their specific challenges and design workflows that enhance their operations. You'll partner with clients to help them effectively integrate Lean’s products into their existing processes, ensuring they achieve their goals while maximizing the use of our offerings. Your efforts will enable our customers to shape the future of fintech, making a real impact in the industry.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth integrations between our clients and Lean. You'll lead the technical pre-sales relationship, uncovering technical needs, proposing practical solutions, and demonstrating our products' capabilities. By anticipating potential issues and offering thoughtful solutions, you'll build and maintain trust with our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.

What you’ll do
The key KPI for Solutions Engineers at Lean is the consumption revenue of your clients in the first six months after going live with Lean
Enable clients to innovate and build the future of fintech with Lean’s solutions.
Lead the technical and product sales efforts, recommending best-practice solutions and guiding clients on how to effectively use Lean’s APIs.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding client technical challenges through discovery processes and designing innovative solutions that address business needs.
Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on understanding and addressing client needs.
Maximize clients' use of Lean’s offerings to achieve their business goals.
Take initiative to identify and resolve issues, both for clients and internally, contributing to organizational growth.
Be hands-on, energetic, and passionate, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to lead others to success.
Act as the voice of our clients to the product team, providing feedback on early products to ensure they meet client needs and expectations.
Requirements
High level of curiosity and a willingness to learn, coupled with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Arabic to effectively communicate with our clients in the region and understand their needs comprehensively.
2-3 years of experience in roles such as solutions engineer, pre-sales engineer, or solutions architect.
Strong client-facing skills, capable of presenting and advocating for Lean’s products effectively.
Experience working with API companies, with proficiency in calling APIs and debugging high level technical errors.
Strong writing skills for effective documentation and communication.
Experience as a product manager is a plus. If you’re a product manager or product designer who wants to be client facing, this is a great role for you. You’ll spend a lot of time with clients and use your product sense to design the best possible feature our clients can adopt!
Excellent organizational skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
