Solar Engineer PV

Guide and manage PV projects, EV chargers projects and Battery Storage Systems Projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with internal teams, Client Stakeholders external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.Drive financial management of projects and approvals of invoicesDrive EPC activities and deliverables (Grid, Design, Structural, Electrical, Procurement), chair regular team meetings, and ensure that minutes and actions are issuedProvide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure engineering designs, specifications, and drawings are reviewed and approved.Manage site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.Provide local know how and guidance to the team.Develop, monitor, and maintain project budget. Support preparation of technical specifications and tender documents for procurement of equipment and services.Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and suppliers.Provide technical assistance during construction, commissioning, and operational phases.Work closely with the construction team and conduct site visits before and during construction to monitor construction progress, identify risks, and meet contractorsManage preparation of performance assessments and troubleshooting of PV, EVC & BESS systems. Ensure all project turnover documentation is secured and filed in a timely and orderly manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and local communities.Represent the company in technical discussions and negotiations.Ensure transparent and timely communication with all project stakeholdersImplement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and the risk team, to maintain the highest standards of H&S and Quality on the projectConduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications. Manage the commissioning and acceptance testing of PV, EVC, BESS systems.
