Network Security Design and Management: Design, implement, and manage network security solutions to ensure the security of the infrastructure.
Security Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the results, reports, events, and alerts from various information security devices and systems.
Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support during the installation and operation of security systems.
Training: Deliver technical training to network and information security staff within the IT Center.
Awareness and Security Programs: Contribute to the development and support of awareness and security programs.
Access Control and Policy Organization: Organize access permissions and security policies to safeguard sensitive information.
Security Systems Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in antivirus systems, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDP), firewall systems, virtual private networks (VPN), and other essential security components.
English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience in network security design, implementation, and management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating security reports and alerts.
Familiarity with technical support processes for security system installation and operation.
Experience in training and mentoring staff in cybersecurity practices.
Knowledge of security awareness programs and best practices.
Proficiency in managing access controls and security policies.
Hands-on experience with antivirus software, intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewalls, and VPNs.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
