Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets. Use various channels including cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, and partnerships to generate new leads.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand their business challenges and goals, and position software solutions that drive business value.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to create account plans and sales initiatives.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure contract terms are clear and aligned with company guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with product features, industry trends, and competitor products. Continuously improve knowledge of the software solutions offered by the company to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and provide accurate reporting on sales activities. Keep a detailed record of interactions with clients and update sales progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure the software solution is a perfect fit for the client and support their ongoing success post-sale.
  • Customer Retention: Ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer support. Work to foster long-term relationships and ensure clients realize value from their software investment, potentially upselling or cross-selling additional features or products.
  • Market Analysis: Understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to remain competitive in the market.
