Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Design and write Test Cases.
• Perform different types of testing (exploratory, functional testing, performance testing,
confirmation testing, etc.).
• Create Test Scripts for Newly Added features.
• Involve in Sprints planning to define Changing Scope.
• Maintain Testing checklist, keep it up to date.
• Participate in testing discussions/scrum meetings.
• Participate in developing Test Cases that verify that all Project Requirements are met.
• Documenting step-by-step procedure for carrying out test cases.
• Executing, completing, and documenting all assigned test cases during an (AGILE) testing
Sprint.
• Creating tickets for issues discovered during testing, as well as updating and closing
tickets.
• Collaborating with the development team on issues discovered during testing.
• Provide and participate in making test estimates and test strategies.
• Support production users of our tools on issues discovered in production.
• Analyzing the issue and creating tickets against the appropriate team.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid experience in Software Development.
• Solid experience in using Api Test technologies such as Postman.
• Good knowledge in Software development lifecycle.
• Good knowledge in Object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience in manual, exploratory, and functional testing.
• Knowledge of Test Methodologies, Software Development process and Testing lifecycle.
Nice to have:
• Experience in Automation Testing Frameworks
• Experience with Selenium and Appium is a plus
• Experience with Jmeter and Jenkins is a plus
• Familiar with Charles proxy is a plus
• Performance and Load testing is a plus
