Job Description

The Social Media Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of our real estate company in Riyadh. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can engage with our audience through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with the company's goals, ultimately driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  4. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  6. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  8. Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  9. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  10. Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
