ROLE PURPOSE
We are hiring for a Social Producer to bring logistical solutions to productions, being able to budget, resource and manage shoots from pre-production to post.
The purpose of this role is to manage execution and delivery of creative outputs, owning every production detail from kick-off through completion; ensuring on time, on budget and on brief executions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines execution approach and translates into production scopes, including staff plans for each deliverable
Manages internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track
Manages team communications and issue resolution, balancing client requirements with team objectives
Delivers high quality executions whilst always searching for new execution options that maximise efficiencies for our clients
Stay informed about future trends and insights to craft innovative and impactful strategies.
Manage and deliver multiple projects across various accounts, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Work with internal teams to define project scope, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), secure necessary resources, and assist in project cost estimation.
Collaborate closely with clients to document their technical and business requirements, creating and implementing effective solutions that meet their needs.
Maintain a positive attitude and be a constructive team member, focusing on solutions even in challenging situations
WHAT YOU BRING
2/3+ years of experience in a similar role social production role
Proven experience in overseeing and planning production processes from pre-production to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously
Strong crew and technical knowledge
Ability to budget projects and provide accurate cost estimates efficiently
Confidence in managing all stages of social media production
