Key Responsibilities:- Develop visually appealing and on-brand content, including photos, videos, and written posts, showcasing bakery products and processes.
- Highlight seasonal specials, behind-the-scenes moments, and baking techniques.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends within the food and bakery niche.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Build relationships with influencers and bakery enthusiasts to expand the brand’s reach.
- Track and report social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Use data to enhance content strategy and audience engagement.
- Partner with other brands, influencers, and events for promotional activities.
- Organize online contests, giveaways, and campaigns to boost audience participation.
- Leverage your bakery expertise to craft authentic stories around the brand’s products, values, and baking techniques.
Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Culinary Arts, or related fields (preferred).
Proven experience of 7+ years as a Social Media.
Hands-on baking experience or a deep understanding of bakery products is a must.
Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Photography, videography, and basic editing skills for food content creation.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
