Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms ( Instagram, ticktock, Snap).
- Create and schedule engaging posts that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and interaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media presence.
Brand and Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive media coverage.
- Develop community engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align communications with overall business goals and objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, content, and communications efforts.
- Use data to make informed recommendations for improving engagement and brand positioning.
Requirements:
2 Years experience in Marketing as Social Media skill set
Proven experience in social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
