ROLE PURPOSE Assisting the social team, you will help to provide creative and strategic direction, and play an instrumental role in the success of our social campaigns and strategies acting as first point of contact in the agency with the clients you manage. You will be expected to manage client accounts unsupervised and have a firm handle on activity and budgets to ensure accounts remain profitable and work is of the highest standard. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly at senior level. You will also have involvement in Agency new business activities and assist in the development of our social media offering. L ead the team who respond to conversations and comments in social media on behalf of those clients C ontribute to the writing and delivery of strategic, realistic and creative social campaigns that respond to a Client’s communication requirements M anage the workload, efficiency and on-going mentoring and development of Social Media Account Executive (and community manager), imparting knowledge in general and leading by example and best practice Consumer and B2B experience A complete understanding of the social media landscape The ability to form and strengthen solid client relationships (having proof of this) About dentsu
